The Competition

1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the MX Give Aways website at www.mxgiveaways.co.uk.
2. By entering any competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements

1. Entry is open only to residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or older.
2. Proof of age and residency may be required before awarding a prize.

How to Enter

1. Entries can be made online through the competition page on www.mxgiveaways.co.uk.
2. Participants must correctly answer a skill-based question and complete payment to secure their entry.
3. Postal entries can be submitted by providing:
   • Full Name
   • Address
   • Contact Email and Phone Number
   • Competition Name and Answer to the Skill Question (if applicable)
   • Send your entry to: [Postal Address for Entries]

Entry Fees

1. Each entry requires a fee specified on the competition page. This fee is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the promoter’s discretion.

Closing Dates

1. Each competition will have a Published Date and Closing Date stated on the competition page.
2. The promoter reserves the right to extend the Closing Date if fewer than 50% of tickets are sold by the original Closing Date. This process may be repeated until at least 50% of tickets are sold.
3. Any changes to the Closing Date will be clearly communicated on the website.

Selecting the Winner

1. Winners are chosen at random using a fair and verifiable method.
2. The draw will take place after the Closing Date once at least 50% of tickets have been sold.
3. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes

1. Details of the prize for each competition will be listed on the relevant competition page.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated.
3. Delivery or collection of prizes will be arranged at no additional cost to the winner, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be given if a participant fails to meet eligibility criteria.
2. Refunds are only issued in cases where the competition is canceled by the promoter.

Limitation of Liability

1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for:
   • Entries not received due to technical errors or postal delays.
   • Loss or damage suffered due to participation in the competition.

Data Protection

1. By entering, participants agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.
2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill the competition.

Amendments

1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel competitions in case of unforeseen circumstances.
2. The promoter reserves the right to extend the competition as stated in the Closing Dates section.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Postal Entry

Postal entries to this competition will receive 1 ticket.

To enter the competition via postal entry, please follow these instructions:

1. Send a Postcard:
   Submit your entry on an uncovered postcard addressed to:

2. Include Your Details:
   Ensure the postcard contains the following information:
   • Your full name
   • Your postal address
   • A contact phone number and email address
   • The name of the competition you’re entering and your answer to the Competition Question
3. Entry Guidelines:
   • Complete Information: Entries missing any required information or with unclear handwriting may be disqualified.
   • Separate Entries: If you wish to submit multiple entries (subject to any entry limits set by the Promoter), each entry must be sent individually. Bulk entries mailed together will count as a single entry.
4. Eligibility Confirmation:
   By sending a postal entry, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to the competition’s terms and conditions.
5. Submission Deadline:
   Entries must arrive before the competition’s Closing Date. Postal entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible for the draw. If an entry is received up to 72 hours after the Closing Date, a credit equivalent to the online entry fee will be added to your account, which can be used in other competitions.
6. Ticket Confirmation:
   The Promoter will confirm your ticket number via email for each valid postal entry received.
7. Registered Account Requirement:
   A registered account on our Website/App is necessary to process your postal entry. Information on the postcard must match the details on your account profile to receive ticket confirmation. Entries submitted without an active account, or missing an address on file, cannot be processed.

MXGiveAways.co.uk Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the MXGiveAways.co.uk Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

MXGiveAways.co.uk reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that enhance the Program, including new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued participation in the Program after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

Account Terms

1. You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
2. You must reside in the United Kingdom to be an Affiliate.
3. Only human users may create accounts—no “bots” or automated methods are permitted.
4. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and other required information to complete the signup process.
5. Your login details must be used by only one individual; shared logins are prohibited.
6. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MXGiveAways.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to comply with this obligation.
7. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
8. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
9. You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any UK laws (including copyright laws).

Links/Graphics on Your Site, Emails, or Other Communications

Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics provided by MXGiveAways.co.uk on your site, in emails, or other communications. We will provide guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to MXGiveAways.co.uk.

To ensure accurate tracking and reporting, you must use the special link formats provided by us. Links to MXGiveAways.co.uk placed on your site must use these special link formats (“Special Links”). You will earn referral fees only on sales made through Special Links. MXGiveAways.co.uk is not responsible for failure to properly format links or the incorrect use of Affiliate Codes.

Referral Fees/Commissions and Payment

1. Affiliates earn a flat 20% commission on all ticket sales made through their Special Links.
2. Payments are made only when your total commissions exceed £20.
3. If your affiliate account does not reach the £20 threshold, earnings will roll over until the threshold is met.
4. Payments will be processed monthly once the £20 threshold is exceeded.
5. Commissions are based only on sales tracked and reported by our system. We cannot pay commissions for purchases that are not properly tracked or reported.
6. We reserve the right to disqualify commissions generated through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable sales/marketing methods.

Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate

1. You may not issue any press release regarding this Agreement or your participation in the Program.
2. You may not misrepresent your relationship with MXGiveAways.co.uk, claim to develop our products, or imply any affiliation beyond what is outlined in this Agreement.
3. Purchases made through your affiliate link for your own use are not permitted and may result in withholding of commissions or termination of this Agreement.

Payment Schedule

1. Payments are made on a monthly basis for accounts that have accumulated commissions of £20 or more.
2. If your earnings do not meet the threshold, they will roll over to the following month.

Customer Definition

Customers who purchase products through this Program are considered customers of MXGiveAways.co.uk. As such, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales apply to them. MXGiveAways.co.uk reserves the right to change its policies and procedures at any time.

Your Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you are solely responsible for:

1. The operation and maintenance of your site.
2. Ensuring the proper use of Special Links.
3. Compliance with all UK laws and regulations, including GDPR, related to data collection and privacy.
4. Accuracy and appropriateness of content on your site.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the United Kingdom, including data protection and anti-spam laws.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
2. Upon termination, you must remove all links to MXGiveAways.co.uk from your site and cease using our trademarks and marketing materials.
3. Termination for cause (e.g., fraudulent activity) may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Limitation of Liability

MXGiveAways.co.uk is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or the Program. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of referral fees paid to you under this Agreement.

Disclaimers

MXGiveAways.co.uk makes no warranties regarding the operation of its website or the Affiliate Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
